Our Zirconia Block be made of the biological nano zirconia powder with isostatic pressing method and keep processing in machine center.We can do the zirconia block according to the clients the requirement.
Coloured layered block specially designed for the zirconia cow.The block can garantee the high transparency as well as can provide the vivid coloured transition effect.
The block use the imported nanoscale biological zirconia powder as the raw material after the press-presinter-surface process steps with the high permability feature, can resist the strength 600-700MPA thus apply to various process system to make the tooth and whitening stick, etc.
Zirconia Tooth not only non toxity and non radioactivity but also with excellent biocompatibility. The abutment color is white after the stintering and with attractive/high strength /excellent polish resistance features. Zirconia block is the excellent raw materials with comprehensive performance for Zirconia tooth abutment.
Why we call it 3D-Pro-ML?
1. ML in 3D-Pro-ML is an abbreviation of Multilayer;
2. Compare to white and single layer pre-shaded block, which transluceny, strength and color are variational in 1 dimension; Compare to normal multilayer pre-shaded block, which transluceny, strength and color are variational in 2 dimension;

In dentin zone, it has crystal of 3Y-TZP which strength and fracture toughness is high, make sure safe enough also skilled processing in Lab is safty more.
In incisal zone, it has crystal of 5Y-TZP which translucency is high, aesthetic is desirable and low abrasion to jaw teeth. No matter anterior or posterior prosthesis, it has an aesthetic effect meanwhile safe enough.
