Properties
Intended use
Dental Base Metal Alloy is intended for use in fabrication of cast or porcelain- fused-to metal crown and bridge restorations.
Operation method
Open the package to take out the metal block. Process the metal block in the XTCERA special cutting equipment for dental application. Conduct high temperature sintering on it through the XT-S series sintering furnace, and then subject it to grinding, ceramic coating and glazing by professional technicians. Finally, the finished product will be refined, implanted, and applied by the dentist to the patient

Operation instructions
1. Place the dental base metal alloy to the die, and fix it with corresponding retaining screws.
2. When replacing the dental base metal alloy, be sure to clean the die, in order to avoid any breakage due to the uneven installation. In particular, when the alloy is transferred from the wet processing equipment to the dry processing equipment, the processing chamber shall be kept dry. When determining the processing size, please refer to the expansion ratio we provide, in order to ensure that the sinter size meets the patient's requirement.
3.For the technical parameters and instructions for fabricating specific crowns, bridges and post core, please refer to the technical guidelines we provide or the industry specifications. Details shall be paid close attention to in the operation of the processing equipment. Please refer to the technical guideline for the operation of the processing equipment.
4. The engraved crown shall be cut with cross-shaped hard alloy knife. When the processed restoration framework is removed from the dental base metal alloy , appropriate brush shall be used to clean the impurity (e.g. dust) from it. Pay attention that this product shall not be cut by laser or placed in damp environment.
